Shipping Information

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post/DHL and include tracking.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can follow your parcel’s journey via the Australia Post or DHL website.
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. ELME is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and your order is delivered to the wrong location, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, a store credit will be issued minus any postage and handling costs.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via DHL International.
Delivery timeframes begin once tracking has been activated. Please note, remote regions may take a little longer.
Duties & Taxes
We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to select regions, meaning duties, taxes, and import fees are included at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.
DDP available for:
• United States
• Canada
• Europe / UK
All other regions are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Your local customs office may request payment before delivery. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.
Dispatch
All orders — domestic and international — are packed with care and dispatched within 2 business days.
Local Delivery
If you qualify for local delivery, your parcel will be hand-delivered within 2-7 days. You will receive a notification once your parcel has been left in a safe place.
