Eligibility for Refunds:
- You may request a refund within seven days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds for opened or used products unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We'll be happy to replace the item or provide a refund.
- Please provide a photo of the damaged product along with your order details when contacting us.
Return Process:
- To request a refund, please email our customer service team at info@elme.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refund Timeline:
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within ten business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try another product, you may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items:
- Please note that sale items or limited-edition products are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
